Order processing time

 

What Happens During Processing? ⏱️

 Once you place an order, our fulfillment team gets to work on a few key steps before it can be shipped:

  1. Order & Payment Verification: We confirm your order details and verify the payment.

  2. Picking: We locate the item(s) in our warehouse.

  3. Packing: We securely pack your items in an appropriate box or mailer to prevent damage.

  4. Labeling: We print and apply the shipping label and prepare the package for handover to the courier.

Factors That Can Affect Processing Time

 

While we stick to our 1-2 day schedule, a few things can occasionally cause delays:

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods like Black Friday or the Christmas holidays, processing may take an extra day.

  • Public Holidays: We do not process orders on Polish public holidays. Orders placed on these days or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Product Availability: If an item is a special order or temporarily out of stock, it will have a longer processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

 

It's important to remember the distinction between these two terms:

  • Processing Time: The time we take to prepare your order for shipment (usually 1-2 business days).

  • Shipping Time: The time it takes the courier (like InPost or DPD) to deliver the package to you after they pick it up from us.

Your total waiting time is Processing Time + Shipping Time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 4 business days. We offer free courier delivery and shipping insurance included in the price for all Unit 1 Pro headphone orders.
