Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your package. Log in to your account and take advantage of our quick returns service.

Select the products to return
Return all or just selected items from your order list. You have 14 days to return them.

Provide shipment details
Check the data taken from the order and complete the missing information: including shipping method, packaging type and shipping date.

Pack and ship the parcel
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier, take it to a parcel locker, or drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.

Please remember to include your receipt and the withdrawal form in the package. You can download the form here: Withdrawal Form. If you use a different form, be sure to provide your account number and legibly fill out your name and surname. This will expedite your refund. You can send your withdrawal form to the following email address: [email protected]. The 14-day returns period is determined by the date the email containing the withdrawal form is sent or the date the return package is shipped. Returned goods must be complete (including tags) and must not show any signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to return it at your expense.

We will process your refund for returned items no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The refund method depends on the payment method you selected when placing your order. If your order was paid for by instant transfer, we will process your refund using the same method. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the goods to the Store is the responsibility of the Customer. If the order has been paid for but not received, we will refund the order value, less the cost of return shipping.

Please make sure to keep your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to validate your warranty.
